Admission Process - Nursery - Interaction

Dear Parents

​

Kindly come with your child for an interaction on 4th Jan 2025 between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM along with the following documents.

​

Kindly note only one parent either Mother or Father.

 

1. Filled Registration Form (colour print) which has been sent by email.

2. One Family photo postcard size (5 x 3)

3. Municipal Birth Certificate of the Child.

4. Proof of Residence :

   • Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Passport (any one)

   • Aadhar card of Father/Mother & Child.

5. Baptism Certificate of the child (in case of Christians only)

6. Caste Certificate in the child’s name (optional)

7. Medical Fitness Certificate of the Child.

 

Kindly submit all the above documents at the time of interaction.
